Summary:	導演在1999年的夏天發現自己得了「紅斑性狼瘡」，這種疾病在目前的醫學治療上來說仍然是屬於一種無法痊癒的疾病，發病的病人都可以領到健保局頒發的「重大傷病卡」，導演在發病前根本不了解這個疾病，因此為了讓自己更了解這個多數人眼中的不治之症，導演開始去認識其他的病人，試圖從其他病人的身上尋找自己未來的答案，但生命是沒有固定的答案，只有一場場的機遇交錯。
