憂鬱是大學生常見且值得關注的心理健康問題之一,嚴重時可能導致自殺行為發生,近年來研究顯示透過正念認知練習,可改善其憂鬱情緒與預防復發,擁有心理資本的個體能維持積極的心理狀態,在環境中產生較佳的適應。本研究旨在探討正念認知團體方案對於改善憂鬱傾向大學生心理資本之成效;採用前後測之類實驗研究設計,研究對象為臺灣南部某大學部學生以貝克憂鬱量表第二版進行施測,篩選量表得分在14至28分之間且符合收案條件的參與者約62名,分派至實驗組與對照組;實驗組接受每週1次,每次120分鐘,共計8週的正念認知團體介入,而對照組只接受常規追蹤等待,本研究有效受試者共52人,包括實驗組21人與對照組31人。研究資料以SPSS 25.0套裝軟體進行描述性統計、重複測量RM-ANOVA、GEE等統計分析,結果發現接受正念認知團體方案後,實驗組於8週及12週的心理資本、正念程度較對照組高,能改善憂鬱程度並較對照組低;且兩組在心理資本程度、正念程度、憂鬱程度之前後測平均值的組內比較與前後差異平均值的組間比較均達統計上顯著差異(p<0.05);但在睡眠品質程度改善則未達統計上顯著差異。本研究顯示正念認知團體介入方案可改善大學生心理資本、正念程度、憂鬱程度,透過所得研究結果提供正念認知團體介入方案減輕大學生憂鬱程度的實證資料,雖然正念認知療法並非唯一提升心理資本的方式,但可以做為未來在輔導諮商上或協助大學生憂鬱之臨床介入的參考。

Depression is one of the most common mental health problems among college students, might cause suicide if the problem is severe. Recent studies show using mindfulness-based cognitive group (MBCT) program will be able to improve the mood of depressed and avoid relapse. The aim of this study is to discuss the effect improving depression tendency of using MBCT program on college student, using quasi-experimental study and adopted randomized control-group pretest-posttest design, targeting on college students from the southern part of Taiwan, score of Beck Depression Inventory-Second Edition that is between 14 to 28 will be allocated to the research, total participant will be between 62, distributed to MBCT and control group. For MBCT group, one time per week, each session is 120 minutes, total of 8 weeks’ program. Control group will be only receiving usual fellow up waiting group. Using SPSS 25.0 for data analysis such as descriptive study and repeated measure RM-ANOVA, GEE, expecting mindfulness level and psychological capital level in the MBCT group at 8, 12 weeks will be higher than control group and depression level will be lower than control group, also will significantly achieve difference (p<0.05) over mindfulness level, level of psychological capital and level of depression within both groups and between groups. However, there was no statistically significant difference in the improvement of sleep quality. Showing MBCT program able to improve mindfulness level, level of psychological capital, level of depression and level of sleep quality in college students, this research result will be able to provide evidence-based information of MBCT able to improve depression level among college students, use as a regular consult assist in the future.
