Summary:	本書改變了傳統產業集群的研究“范式”（借助於“Ｓ□Ｃ□Ｐ”的理論模型從“外生論”的角度研究產業集群的競爭優勢），從“內生論”的角度，即集群的資源的角度來研究集群競爭力，並建立了“基於資源整合理論的產業集群競爭力模型”。該“模型”認為，集群競爭力是由於集群這種特殊的經濟組織形式對於集群內外部資源的不斷整合，在“資源整合”基礎上形成集群的競爭力，最終表現為這種特殊經濟組織的財富創造能力。
