提要註:	研究背景與目的：篩檢工具有助於早期診斷及早期療育。為了促進篩檢工具的實用性，本研究使用台灣版兩歲期自閉症篩檢工具（Taiwanese version of the Screening Tool for Autism in Two-Year-Olds, T-STAT）作為藍本，發展簡版的層次二自閉症類群障礙症（autism spectrum disorder, ASD）篩檢工具。　　方法：本研究招募兩個樣本，每個樣本皆有18-36個月大的20名ASD幼兒（樣本一平均26.25個月；樣本二平均27.65個月），與20名發展遲緩（development delay, DD）幼兒（樣本一平均26.05個月；樣本二平均25.65個月）。兩個樣本的兩組幼兒生理年齡、心理年齡及父母教育程度皆無顯著差異，性別比例相同。使用T-STAT評估參與者，以卡方檢定（χ2 test）找出T-STAT具鑑別力的題目，將其視為T-STAT簡版（T-STAT: Brief Form, T-STAT: BF）。最後，合併所有80名參與者，以訊號偵測理論（receiver operating characteristic, ROC）決定最佳切截分數，計算敏感度、特異度及篩檢正確率。　　結果：T-STAT: BF依據不同的標準共有三種版本，分別為：關鍵5題、關鍵6題及關鍵8題。關鍵5題以3分作為切截分數，敏感度為.93，特異度為.90。關鍵6題以3分作為切截分數，敏感度為.93，特異度為.90。最後，關鍵8題以4或5分作為切截分數，敏感度為.85-.95，特異度為.88-.95。T-STAT: BF的ROC曲線下面積為.958- .965，篩檢正確率相當理想。　　結論：本研究初步結果顯示T-STAT: BF的三個版本，都具不錯的篩檢正確率。T-STAT關鍵5題，題目數最少，施測最為省時，可以作為T-STAT: BF的首選。本研究可以作為臨床工作者早期篩檢的參考。.

520 3 $a 　　Background and purpose: Screening tools are helpful for early diagnosis and early intervention. In order to increase the utility of screening tools, the Taiwanese version of the Screening Tool for Autism in Two-Year-Olds (T-STAT) was used to develop a brief form for screening autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in toddlers. 　　Methods: There were two samples of participants in this study. Each sample included 20 toddlers with ASD (chronological age: sample 1 = 26.25 months; sample 2 = 27.25 months) and 20 toddlers with development delay (DD) (chronological age: sample 1 = 26.05 months; sample 2 = 25.65 months) with ages ranging from 18 to 36 months. There was no significant difference in the means of chronological age, mental age, parents' educational level, and gender ratio between toddlers with ASD and DD in both samples. T-STAT was used to assess participants of the two samples, and the chi-square test (χ2 test) was used to find out the discriminative item of T-STAT, which was regarded as T-STAT: Brief Form (T-STAT: BF). Furthermore, all 80 participants as screening subjects were gathered and used the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) to determine the best cutoff score and to calculate sensitivity, specificity, and screening accuracy. 　　Results: According to different criteria, there were three versions of T-STAT: BF, including 5-item, 6-item, and 8-item. The 5-item T-STAT: BF used a cutoff score of 3, yielding the sensitivity of .93 and specificity of .90. The 6-item T-STAT: BF used a cutoff score of 3, yielding the sensitivity of .93 and specificity of .90. Lastly, the 8-item T-STAT: BF used a cutoff score of 4 or 5, yielding the sensitivity of .85–.95 and specificity of .88–.95. The areas under the ROC curve of T-STAT: BF were between .958 and .965, indicating that screening accuracy was good. 　　Conclusion: The results of this study showed that the three versions of T-STAT: BF had good screening accuracy. The 5-item T-STAT: BF could be the first choice due to the least items and the greatest savings on time. This study could offer implications for clinicians to execute early screening for ASD..
