基督教聖經之智慧書導讀 :	保護性隔離是血液腫瘤疾病病人在骨髓抑制期間的必要措施，隔離期間會產生有保護性隔離感知的壓力、焦慮及憂鬱的情緒困擾，以及生活品質的下降。本研究目的在探討嗜中性白血球低下病人保護性隔離感知與人口學資料、疾病屬性、心理社會支持、情緒困擾及生活品質之間的相關性，以及保護性隔離感知的預測因子。採描述性、橫斷性及相關性設計，方便取樣，以四份結構性問卷，調查113位南部兩間醫學中心門診或病房血液腫瘤疾病病人。資料以SPSS 22.0進行統計分析。研究結果顯示病人之保護性隔離感知平均分數為2.886±.553分，屬於中等程度。無職業、離婚或鰥寡、教育程度低、無宗教者、子女數較多者、急性骨髓性白血病、緩和或無治療的情形下、糖尿病、娛樂項目越少、焦慮越高、憂鬱越高、生活品質越低者其保護性隔離感知顯著升高(p<.05)。保護性隔離感知的重要預測因子為較高的焦慮、較差的治療指標指數(身體安適度±功能安適度±嗜中性白血球低下症狀)、較多的子女數者，可預測有較高的保護性隔離感知，可解釋35%總變異量。健康照顧提供者應該在保護性隔離期間仔細評估、適時協助及轉介高危險病人，並提供情緒的支持。.

520 3 $a Protective isolation is the indispensable intervention for patients with hematologic neoplastic diseases undergoing myelosuppression period. During the isolation period, the perception of protective isolation, anxiety and depression may occur, as well as a decrease in the quality of life. The purposes of this study were to investigate the association among protective isolation perception, demographic data, disease attributes, psychosocial support, emotional distress, and quality of life in neutropenic patients, and the predictors of protective isolation perception. A descriptive, cross-sectional, and correlational design was used in this study. A descriptive, cross-sectional, and correlational design was used to facilitate the convenient sampling of 113 patients with hematologic neoplastic diseases in outpatient clinics or wards at two medical centers in southern Taiwan using four structured questionnaires. The data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 22.0. The results demonstrated that the average protective isolation perception score was 2.886 ± .553, which was moderate. The protective isolation perception was significantly higher in those who were unemployed, divorced or widowed, with lower education, non-religious, and having more children, acute myeloid leukemia, undergoing palliative care or untreated, having diabetes, experiencing less recreational activities, with higher anxiety, higher depression, and lower quality of life (p<.05). Important predictors of protective isolation perception were higher anxiety, poorer therapeutic index (physical well-being +functional well-being + neutropenia subscale), and a higher number of children, which predicted higher protective isolation perception and explained 35% of the total variance. Healthcare providers should be careful assessment, timely assistance and referral of the high-risk patients during the protective isolation period, and provide emotional support..
