基督教聖經之智慧書導讀 :	研究背景與目的：自閉症類群障礙症（autism spectrum disorder, ASD）兒童照顧者的親職壓力明顯比一般發展和其他類型障礙症的兒童高。然而，過去較少研究針對學齡前ASD幼兒探討社會支持與照顧者親職壓力和憂鬱的關係，及社會支持在幼兒行為問題與照顧者心理健康間的作用。因此，本研究目的在控制症狀嚴重度下，檢驗幼兒行為問題與親職壓力和憂鬱的關係，及ASD幼兒照顧者社會支持的中介效果。研究方法：本研究參與者為130位年齡為19至36個月大的ASD幼兒及其照顧者，由照顧者填寫中文版泛自閉症篩檢量表、1.5-5歲兒童期行為檢核表，分別評估ASD幼兒症狀嚴重度和內化、外化及整體行為問題；以多向度社會支持量表評估照顧者的社會支持；以親職壓力量表簡式版中文版、流行病學研究中心憂鬱量表分別評估親職壓力及憂鬱症狀。研究結果：中介分析結果顯示：（1）整體社會支持在ASD幼兒外化及整體行為問題與親職壓力間具部分中介效果。（2）整體社會支持在ASD幼兒整體行為問題與照顧者憂鬱症狀間具部分中介效果，在外化行為問題與憂鬱症狀間具完全中介效果。（3）配偶的支持在ASD幼兒整體行為問題與照顧者憂鬱症狀間具部分中介效果，在ASD幼兒內化及外化行為問題與照顧者憂鬱症狀間具完全中介效果。研究結論：本研究發現ASD幼兒照顧者的社會支持可以緩和幼兒行為問題對照顧者親職壓力和憂鬱的負向影響。本研究發現可以作為ASD幼兒家庭服務以及早期療育介入的參考。.

520 3 $a Purpose: Parenting stress of caregivers of children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is significantly higher than that of children with typical development and other types of disorders. However, few studies in the past have explored the relationship between social support and parenting stress and depression among caregivers of toddlers with ASD, and explored the role of social support between children's behavior problems and the mental health of caregiver. Therefore, this study aimed to examine the mediation of social support perceived by caregiver of toddlers with ASD on behavior problems and parenting stress and depression, while controlling for the autistic symptoms. Methods: The participants in this study were 130 toddlers with ASD aged 19 to 36 months and their caregiver. The Autism Spectrum Rating Scales Chinese version and Child Behavior Checklist 1.5-5 were used to assess autistic symptoms and behavior problems of toddlers with ASD. The Multidimensional Perceived Social Support Scale were used to measure the caregiver's perceived social support. In addition, Parenting Stress Index and Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale were used to measure parenting stress and depressive symptom in caregivers of toddlers with ASD. Results: The findings of this study indicated that the association between parenting stress and externalizing and overall behavior problems in toddlers with ASD was somewhat influenced by overall social support. Overall social support has a partial mediation effect on the relationship between overall behavior problems of toddlers with ASD and depressive symptoms, this finding can also be founded in the relationship between overall behavior problems and parenting stress, as well as in the relationship between externalizing behavior problems and parenting stress. Overall social support also completely mediate the connection between externalizing behavior problems and depressive symptom. Social support from spouse has a partial mediation effect on the relationship between overall behavior problems and depressive symptoms. Social support from spouse was completely mediated the association between internalizing and externalizing behavior problems and depressive symptoms. Conclusions: The current study found that social support experienced by caregivers of toddlers with ASD should reduce the detrimental influence of young children's behavior problem on parenting stress and depressive symptom. The findings of this study provide the implications for early treatment and family services for young children with ASD..
