基督教聖經之智慧書導讀 :	清潔工作作為一種骯髒工作，在日常生活中，我們鮮少注意到這群承載著職業汙名的人們，更往往不會重視其勞動價值及職業尊榮。然而，清潔工作作為一種身體工作，並非不需要技藝與專業。清潔工作同時作為骯髒工作與身體工作的交集，交織出其獨特的勞動樣貌。本研究試圖運用身體化的分析取徑，描繪清潔工這高度性別化、階級化的職業背後的社會權力關係，也嘗試探究清潔工作與身體的關係，身體如何被工作所動員與形塑，清潔工勞動技藝為何？清潔工的身體於組織中又處於什麼樣的位置？本研究發現清潔工作作為一份「媽媽工作」，性別刻板印象與性的二元邏輯篩選著女性進入清潔產業。也因為「母職」的預設，清潔工作被認為是自然而然、不需經過學習的，但清潔工作其實需要大量透過「做中學」的默會知識，以及透過勞動日常累積而成的身體技藝與專業。清潔工們會挪移自己在私領域的母職經驗，並在公領域的清潔工作裡進一步修正、創新，甚至她們獨特的感官與情緒經驗也構成清潔勞動技藝的一環，清潔技藝因此便也是高度性別化、身體化的。最後，外包清潔工在組織中往往處於邊陲位置，使清潔工必須被迫學習並展演階級位置的卑屈，動員自己個人特定的謙卑情感，透過情感展演來作為受壓迫者獲取資源的一種策略。本研究希望讓這些清潔工的勞動技藝與價值得以被看見，使清潔工的身體與技藝更加清晰。.

520 3 $a Cleaning work, as a form of "dirty work," often goes unnoticed in daily life, with their values unacknowledged and their professional dignity seldom affirmed. However, cleaning work, as a type of body work, is not devoid of skill or expertise. It represents an intersection between dirty work and body work, weaving a unique labor landscape. This study employs a bodily analysis approach to uncover the social relations underlying the highly gendered and class-stratified occupation of cleaners. It explores the relationships between cleaning work and the body, the specific working techniques employed by cleaners, and their marginalized position in the organization. How is the body mobilized and shaped by work? This study finds that cleaning work, as a "mother's work," is shaped by gender stereotypes and the binary logic of sex that filters women into the cleaning industry. Grounded in societal notions of "motherhood," cleaning work is often regarded as natural and requiring no formal learning. However, cleaning work demands a significant amount of tacit knowledge gained through "learning by doing," as well as bodily skills and expertise accumulated through everyday practices. Cleaners often transfer their motherhood experiences from the private sphere to the public sphere of cleaning work, further refining and innovating these skills. Their unique sensory and emotional experiences also form a part of the cleaning expertise, making working techniques of cleaning highly gendered and embodied. Finally, outsourced cleaners often find themselves relegated to marginalized roles within organizations. This positioning requires them to embrace and enact a "humble" class identity, where affective labor—expressed through deliberate displays of humility—becomes a strategic tool for managing challenging work environments and securing essential resources. This study aims to bring the often-overlooked working techniques and value of cleaners into visibility, highlighting the bodily and technical expertise of their work..
