提要註:	背景：Tyrosine kinase 2（TYK2）參與細胞激素訊號傳導，並與多種自體免疫疾病的易感性相關。然而，其在原發性乾燥症中的角色仍不清楚。方法：本研究針對 74 位乾燥症患者與 70 位健康對照者進行四個 TYK2 單一核苷酸多型性位點（rs2304256、rs917755、rs280519、rs280520）之基因分型，並以即時定量 PCR 檢測周邊血單核細胞中的 TYK2 mRNA 表現量。結果：SNP rs280520 在隱性模式下與乾燥症顯著相關（p = 0.015）。此外，乾燥症患者的 TYK2 表現量顯著低於健康對照組（p = 0.046）。雖然不同 rs280520 基因型之間的 TYK2 表現量無顯著差異，但呈現一定趨勢。結論：TYK2 的 SNP rs280520 與乾燥症有關，且 TYK2 基因表現於乾燥症患者中明顯下調，可能參與疾病的發病機轉。.

520 3 $a Background: Tyrosine kinase 2 (TYK2) is involved in cytokine signaling and autoimmune disease susceptibility. Its role in primary Sjögren’s syndrome (pSS) remains unclear. Methods: We genotyped four TYK2 SNPs (rs2304256, rs917755, rs280519, rs280520) in 74 pSS patients and 70 healthy controls using real-time PCR. TYK2 mRNA expression was quantified by qRT-PCR in peripheral blood mononuclear cells. Results: SNP rs280520 was significantly associated with pSS under the recessive model (p = 0.015). TYK2 expression was also significantly lower in pSS patients than in healthy controls (p = 0.046). No significant difference in expression was found among rs280520 genotypes, though a trend was noted. Conclusions: The TYK2 SNP rs280520 is associated with pSS and that TYK2 expression is significantly downregulated in pSS patients..
